Sree Mookambika School of Nursing was started in the year 1995, followed by the college of nursing was started in year 1997. To meet the demands for post graduate nurses the institution has started Post Basic B.Sc Nursing programmers in 1998 and M.Sc Nursing programmers in 2002. This institution has got recognition from Indian Nursing Council and Tamil Nadu nurses and Midwives Council and affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.
